Delivery Zones & Pricing

At Dopamine Meals, we use a zone-based delivery system to ensure your food arrives fresh and on time. Delivery fees are calculated based on your distance from our kitchen using the first three digits of your Postal Code (FSA).

Your specific rate is determined by the first three digits of your Postal Code.

Note: These rates are subject to slight changes as we scale. At Dopamine Meals, we are actively working on optimizing our logistics to reduce delivery charges for our community in the near future!

 How to Check Your Rate

Simply enter your postal code when you order your meals to see your specific rate based on zone. Our rates range from Zone A ($10) for local deliveries to Zone F ($25) for our furthest reaches.

 Delivery Frequency & Costs

Please note that our delivery fees are per individual drop-off.

  • Once Weekly Delivery: You pay the standard rate for your zone (e.g., $10 for Zone A).
  • Twice Weekly Delivery: You pay for two drop-offs (e.g., $20 for Zone A).

 How You’re Charged

  • One-Time Orders: Delivery charges are calculated based on your zone and added to your total amount. You will see the final breakdown clearly at Checkout.
  • Weekly Subscribers: For your convenience, delivery charges are automatically added to your weekly order total. This ensures your subscription remains seamless and your fridge stays stocked without extra steps.

 

 

 Special Offer: Save 50% on Your Second Delivery

We want to make staying fueled throughout the entire week as affordable as possible. If you are a high-volume prepper, you can significantly reduce your shipping costs:

  • The Requirement: Order a meal bundle of 24 meals or more.
  • The Perk: When you choose the Twice a Week delivery option (Sunday & Wednesday), you receive a 50% discount on your second delivery charge.

How the Math Works (Example for Zone A):

This discount is automatically applied at checkout based on your cart size and delivery frequency.

Pro-Tip: If you are in Zone F, a 24-meal bundle reduces your twice a week delivery total from $50 down to $37.50!

If your postal code isn't currently covered by our automated system, don't worry! We may still be able to get your meals to you.

Because we utilize third-party couriers for long-distance orders, out-of-zone delivery charges vary and must be quoted individually. Please reach out to us directly to see if we can make it work:

 Delivery Notes for our customers

    • Postal Code Accuracy: Ensure your postal code is entered correctly to see the most accurate real-time shipping rate.
    • Apartments/Condos: Please provide your buzzer code or concierge instructions in the "Delivery Notes" at checkout to ensure a successful drop-off.
    • Acceptance: Please be present to accept the delivery personally or ensure your concierge is authorized to accept it on your behalf.
    • Timing: We deliver every Sunday and Wednesday. You will receive a notification when your Dopamine Meals are dropped off!

 

 Freshness & Delivery Safety (Action Required)

    • To ensure your meals stay fresh and safe, please follow these guidelines:
    • Be Present: Please ensure someone is home to collect your meals and secure them in the refrigerator immediately.
    • Notifications: If no one answers the door, our driver will leave the package in a secure location and send you a text message notification.
    • Liability: Dopamine Meals is not responsible for any spoilage or damage if meals are left unattended for two (2) or more hours. Please retrieve your delivery promptly to maintain premium quality.
    • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen meals once they have been dropped off at your door or with your concierge. Please ensure someone is available to secure your delivery immediately.
